These terms apply to services and products provided by Solid Outcome LLC. A signed statement of work (SOW) adds project-specific terms and takes priority where the two differ.
1. Services
We provide software development, mobile app development, SaaS development, AI solutions, automation and integration services, product support, and, once released, access to our own software products.
2. Proposals
Each project is quoted individually in US dollars in a written SOW before work begins. Scope changes are quoted in writing and start only after your approval.
3. Payment
Invoices are due within 7 days and are paid online by card or bank transfer. Fixed-scope projects start with a deposit set in the SOW; each milestone is then invoiced after you accept it, with the deposit credited against the final milestone. Ongoing monthly engagements are billed monthly in advance. Billing questions: billing@solidoutcome.com.
4. Delivery and acceptance
Milestones are delivered as a working demo or release. You have 2 business days to accept or list issues, which we fix at no extra cost.
5. Intellectual property
Once an invoice is paid in full, rights to the code, designs and documentation delivered under it transfer to you. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and open-source components.
6. Our apps
Our own apps are in development. Once released, subscriptions to them renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores' terms.
7. Liability
Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid under the related SOW.
8. Cancellation
Either party may end a project with written notice. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
